Fabric Painting
Time to create magic when you can put pencil or brush to fabric. Similar to water colour painting or textile dying; I have used a blend of these techniques and a variety of colour mediums to get the effects I am seeking. The sky is the limit, step out side the box and create one of a kind works of art. Finish the pieces with some fancy thread painting.
Free Motion Stitching
Top stitching finishes the quilts story. A meander, a feather or a flourish makes the quilt pop with texture and style. It’s truly amazing what a simple straight stitch and self expression can become when you put your heart into finishing a masterpiece.
